Hari Kari

- 2 oz. 300 Joules Ginger Infusion
- 1 oz. Sorel
- 2 oz. Perrier Sparkling Natural Mineral Water in Pink Grapefruit
- .50 oz. grilled pineapple juice (char over wood or in a cast iron pan)
- Orange twist
Preparation:
Mix 300 Joules Ginger Infusion and Sorel together in a mixing glass; DO NOT shake this drink.
Place one long cube of hand-cut ice in a Collins glass.
Add the Perrier at the end.
Garnish with a grilled pineapple wedge and a twist of orange.
