Preparation:
Mix together in a mixing glass (DO NOT SHAKE)
Pour over rock ice in a rocks glass
Garnish with lemon zest
Enjoy the lovely colors, then mix gently with a long spoon
Muddle strawberries (easier if sliced first)
Add 300 Joules Lemon Infusion and shake over ice.
Strain and pour, then add club soda to top off.
Mix all ingredients and strain over ice.
Pour freezer-chilled 300 Joules Lemon Infusion into a martini glass.
Using the back of a spoon, float a bit of Campari on top.
Fill a rocks glass with ice.
Shake all ingredients and strain into glass.
Garnish with orange peel, expressed and inserted
(Like a Hot Toddy)
Float 300 Joules Lemon Infusion over 3 oz. of hot spiced or Chai style tea
Top with Angostura Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass except for the Perrier
Stir with ice
Pour into 2 rocks glasses with 1 large cube of ice
Sip, don’t shoot!
Pour the 300 Joules Lemon Infusion into a Martini glass
Add Angostura Bitters
Add Perrier
Top 300 Joules with seltzer
