Joules “NEGRONI”

  • 2 oz. 300 Joules Lemon Infusion
  • .50 oz. Sweet Vermouth (Like Punt e Mes)
  • .25 oz. Botanical Gin (such as Hendricks)
  • .25 Campari

 

Preparation:

Mix together in a mixing glass (DO NOT SHAKE)

Pour over rock ice in a rocks glass

Garnish with lemon zest

Preparation:

  • Pour Prosecco or other sparkling wine into a champagne flute until half full 
  • Add 300 Joules Lemon Infusion until the glass is full
  • Mix gently with a long spoon

  • Pour 2 oz 300 Joules Lemon infusion into bottom of a highball glass
  • Float ½ oz Sorel over top

 

Preparation:

Enjoy the lovely colors, then mix gently with a long spoon

  • 3 oz 300 Joules Lemon Infusion
  • 1 oz Chambourd

Fizzberry 300

Fizzberry 300

  • 4-5 large strawberries
  • 2 shots 300 Joules Lemon Infusion
  • Club soda

 

Preparation:

Muddle strawberries (easier if sliced first)

Add 300 Joules Lemon Infusion and shake over ice.

Strain and pour, then add club soda to top off.

Grapefruit

Grapefruit

  • 1.5 parts 300 Joules Lemon Infusion
  • 1/2 part vodka
  • 1/4 parts fresh lemon juice
  • 2 parts fresh-squeezed Ruby Red grapefruit juice

 

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients and strain over ice.

Campari

Campari

Pour freezer-chilled 300 Joules Lemon Infusion into a martini glass.

Using the back of a spoon, float a bit of Campari on top.

Uncensored

Uncensored

  • 1.5 oz Aged Rum (Flor de Cana 7 Yr Rum)
  • .75 oz 300 Joules Lemon Infusion
  • .5 oz Jagermeister  (Ramazzotti)
  • 2oz Cold Coffee
  • Orange peel (garnish)

 

Preparation:

Fill a rocks glass with ice.

Shake all ingredients and strain into glass.

Garnish with orange peel, expressed and inserted

(Like a Hot Toddy)

  • 2 oz. 300 Joules Lemon Infusion
  • 3 oz. Hot “spiced” tea or Chai
  • .25 Angostura Bitters

 

Preparation:

Float 300 Joules Lemon Infusion over 3 oz. of hot spiced or Chai style tea

Top with Angostura Bitters

  • 2 oz. 300 Joules Lemon Infusion
  • .25 oz. Tenneyson Absinthe (France)
  • .25 Barr Hill Gin (Vermont)
  • .25 Sorel (Jack from Brooklyn)
  • .25 Orange juice (fresh squeezed)
  • .25 Grapefruit juice
  • (1 oz. Perrier Sparkling Natural Mineral Water in Lime – Optional)

 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass except for the Perrier

Stir with ice

Pour into 2 rocks glasses with 1 large cube of ice

Sip, don’t shoot!

  • 2 oz. 300 Joules Lemon Infusion
  • 5 dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • Splash or 0.5 oz of Perrier/Lemon Perrier (or Seltzer)

 

Preparation:

Pour the 300 Joules Lemon Infusion into a Martini glass

Add Angostura Bitters

Add Perrier

300 J Spritz

300 J Spritz

Top 300 Joules with seltzer
