The Edgarton Cocktail

  • 2 oz. 300 Joules Ginger Infusion
  • 1 oz.  Barr Hill Gin or other gin
  • .50 oz. freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 dashes Bitter End Thai Bitters
  • 1 oz. Perrier Sparkling Natural Mineral Water in Lemon essence

 

Preparation:

Stir together all ingredients except the Perrier in an old fashioned glass. 

Add the Perrier.

Garnish with a lemon twist.
