Joul-a-colada

Like a pina colada, but with 300 Joules lemon and dark rum. 

  • 2 oz. 300 Joules Ginger Infusion
  • 1.5 oz. Dark Rum
  • 1 oz. Cream of Coconut
  • 1 oz. Coconut Water

 

Preparation:

Pour all ingredients into a Boston Shaker filled ¾ with ice.

Shake like crazy.

Add crushed ice to a Collins Glass.

Pour the Joul-a-colada over the top.

Garnish with a pineapple chunk.
